Are you ready to lead, inspire, and elevate community programs to new heights? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Programs Coordinator to bring their energy and passion to our facility.

The Role

This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on coaching and strategic leadership. You’ll play a key part in managing our day-to-day operations, creating innovative programs, and fostering a thriving community space where people of all ages and abilities can connect and grow.

What You’ll Do:

Community Connection – Be the face of our facility! Identify and connect with local groups to bring them into our programs, creating an inclusive space for everyone.
Program Excellence – Maintain a high standard of program operation, ensuring safety, quality, and an unforgettable experience for all participants.
Leadership & Coaching – Inspire and support a team of gymnastics coaches. From recruitment to training, you’ll ensure everyone is equipped and excited to deliver excellence.
Business Growth – Collaborate on strategies to maximise attendance, introduce new programs, and keep our facility bustling with activity.

A strong customer service background, love for working with the community, and a keen eye for growth opportunities.
Proven skills in program coordination, ideally with knowledge of gymnastics and local council initiatives.

The Site

The centre is located in West Footscray, VIC and is a purpose-built facility! BK’s offers a variety of programs that are designed to create a fun interactive learning pathway to help every child progress from a beginner to an intermediate or advanced gymnast. The centre has new equipment and includes heating and cooling for the warmer and cooler months.
