Our store also takes pride in long-serving staff, including Robin and Jackie with over ten years at CWH, and Amy, who was Pharmacy Assistant of the Year in 2022! Our store is large and busy, offering plenty of variety and opportunities to expand your knowledge and experience. No two days are the same, and our approachable, supportive managers help create an environment where energy, ideas, and great customer service are always encouraged!

In the Pharmacist role, your primary responsibilities will include:

Accurately and efficiently dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts,
Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations,
Dispensary inventory management and order processing,
Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions,
Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants,
Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.

Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration,
Experience working in dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment,
Exceptional customer service and communication skills,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities, with demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills.
