Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Work with leading-edge D365 CRM and Power Platform technologies through FinXL

FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.

FinXL is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Wealth Advice client on a key transformation engagement. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants.

Responsibilities

Configure and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
Build and maintain custom tables, entities, forms, views, and dashboards.
Build business rules, classic workflows, and Power Automate flows.
Develop JavaScript form logic and basic plugins with guidance.
Implement user friendly CRM experiences aligned with adviser workflows.
Support solution deployments across environments following established ALM practices.
Work with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key Skills & Experience

2-4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps - model driven).
Experience with JavaScript for form scripting.
Basic C#/.NET skills for plugins or a strong willingness to develop this skill.
Knowledge or experience with Workato iPaaS is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 environment management and deployment concepts.
Experience working in or supporting financial advice or wealth management environments.
