You will be paid a competitive total remuneration package of $128,906 - $142,692, including an annual salary of $113,574 - $125,720, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation (currently 12%) and annual leave loading.

About the Role

The Senior Executive Assistant provides a range of high-level executive, secretariat, administrative and support services to assist the Director and CEO in achieving operational objectives.

About you

We are seeking an unflappable, proactive and experienced Senior Executive Assistant with a solid track record of success supporting senior executives at CEO/Director level.

Key Knowledge & Experience

Significant experience working with and providing high-level and hands-on executive and administrative services to senior executives at CEO/Director level, with proven ability to exercise sound judgement when dealing with highly confidential and sensitive issues.
Ability to prioritise competing requests, manage high workloads and exercise sound judgement in politically sensitive environments under tight deadlines.
Advanced relationship management skills gained operating at senior levels, including liaison with Board members, Government officials, VIPs, donors and corporate partners, with experience in coordinating high-profile events and meetings.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft high-quality correspondence.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrated qualities of exceptional judgement, reliability, attention to detail, confidentiality, and personal and professional integrity.
