Gradi Fine Foods is looking for experienced Production Cleaners to join our food manufacturing facility in Coburg North.
We are looking for reliable, hard-working cleaners who already have experience in commercial, industrial, food production, manufacturing, hospital, aged care, large commercial kitchen or hygiene-controlled cleaning environments.
You will be working in a busy food production facility where attention to detail, consistency, hygiene and food safety standards are essential.
Salary: $25.83 – $32.31 per hour, plus applicable penalties depending on employment type, experience and working hours.
Location: Gradi Fine Foods - Coburg North VIC
Employment Type: Full-time and casual opportunities available.
Hours: Full-time applicants must be available for afternoon/evening shifts, including shifts such as:
- 12:00pm – 8:00pm
- 1:00pm – 9:00pm
Casual applicants must have flexible availability, including early morning, afternoon, evening and overnight shifts as required.

About the Role
This is a dedicated cleaning role within a food production environment.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety across production areas, equipment, shared spaces and workplace facilities.
Successful candidates will receive site-specific training in our cleaning procedures, chemical use, hygiene requirements and food safety standards, but previous cleaning experience is required.
You will be working as part of a small cleaning team. This role suits someone physically capable, reliable and comfortable completing detailed cleaning duties in a fast-paced factory environment.

What You’ll Do
- Clean production areas, equipment, floors, surfaces and workspaces
- Follow daily and scheduled cleaning procedures
- Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
- Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Support end-of-day production cleaning and reset procedures
- Complete general housekeeping across production, shared and workplace areas
- Work with the team to keep the facility clean, organised and safe
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in commercial, industrial, production, hospital, aged care, large-scale or hygiene-controlled cleaning environments
- Experience in food manufacturing, food production, commercial kitchens or similar environments will be highly regarded
- Confidence working in a factory or production facility environment
- Reliability, punctuality and ability to follow cleaning schedules
- Physical fitness and ability to complete repetitive cleaning duties
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
