FEMALE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT WORKERS

We are currently seeking motivated and client-focused Mental Health Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting NDIS participants across Melbourne. In this role, you will provide tailored, high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, helping them build independence, regulate wellbeing, and engage more fully in everyday life. You will be working within an expanding Allied Health service, delivering supports aligned with individual NDIS plans.

Essential Requirements

Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred (but not essential)

Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field, or relevant industry experience
Experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, or other complex needs
Understanding of the NDIS and ability to align supports with client goals and funding
Strong communication skills, including experience working with CALD families and external providers
Experience with report writing and working towards outcomes within NDIS plans
Background in disability and/or mental health (highly regarded)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build positive, respectful, and professional relationships
Confident in documentation, reporting, and general computer use (CRM systems, email, etc.)
Analytical thinking and ability to respond to complex situations
Willingness to contribute to program development and continuous improvement

Remuneration
Pay rate will be based on qualifications and experience.
