Key Responsibilities:

Refine the guest journey and ensure procedures and standards are consistently delivered
Maintain a tranquil spa atmosphere that reflects the brand’s promise
Recruit, train, and develop Spa Therapists to deliver exceptional services
Foster a culture of empowerment, innovation, and community
Create and execute strategic plans to achieve financial targets across treatments, product sales, and hair appointments
Implement yield management strategies aligned with business peaks and troughs
Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to enhance the spa offering
Ensure treatments and products remain on-trend and aligned with global wellness and beauty movements
Collaborate effectively within the hotel environment
Support with reception duties and ad-hoc tasks when required

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in the beauty and wellness industry, with operational and supervisory responsibilities.
Hair or beauty qualifications (desirable but not essential).
Strong communication skills to liaise professionally with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Current First Aid Certificate (advantageous).
Passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
