About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a range of residential and/or commercial projects while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
· Prepare accurate architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
· Translate design concepts into technical documentation using CAD software
· Assist in the preparation of Development Applications (DA) and Construction Documentation (CD)
· Ensure all drawings comply with the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards
· Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and builders to coordinate project requirements
· Review and update drawings in line with project changes and feedback
· Conduct site measurements and integrate findings into drawings
· Maintain document control and drawing registers
· Support project delivery within deadlines and quality expectations
· Identify and resolve drafting and design issues proactively
Skills & Qualifications
· Qualification in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or a related field
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software
· Sound understanding of Australian building codes and regulations (or willingness to learn)
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Ability to work both independently and within a team
· Good communication skills
