$120,000 – 125,000 Salary
We are looking for an experienced roofing professional who is ready to take the next step off the tools and into a sales and estimating role. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager and Operations Team to help drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and deliver outstanding customer service. We offer an excellent salary package and uncapped commission structure for the right person.
Your Duties
- Meeting sales targets
- Inspecting roofs and identifying leaks where required
- Generating and developing new commercial maintenance clients
- Liaising with customers and providing professional advice
- Working closely with the General Manager and Operations Team
- Using Baker Roofing software systems to prepare and manage quotes
Your Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ roofing experience, particularly in metal roofing
- Experience with tile and slate roofing is advantageous
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
- Ability to accurately measure roof areas and assess roofing requirements
