We are a traditional barbershop located in the heart of Brisbane City. At Mr Brooks Barber, customer service and the in-shop experience are our top priorities. We take pride in providing high-quality grooming services in a professional and welcoming environment.

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team and be the first friendly face our clients see when they walk through our doors.

What We’re Offering:

Monday to Friday role
Starting from $25 per hour depending on experience
Full-time, part-time, or casual positions available
No public holiday shifts
Supportive and friendly team atmosphere
Located in Brisbane CBD - close to public transport

Your Role Will Include:

Greeting clients with a warm and professional attitude
Managing walk-ins via our booking system
Handling payments and product sales
Answering phone calls and messages

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service or reception (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
Friendly and approachable personality
Basic computer and POS skills
Someone who takes pride in delivering a great customer experience
