What you’ll do:
- Be the face of Optus, delivering standout customer experiences powered by optimism, curiosity and genuine care.
- Learn and build strong product knowledge across our mobile, broadband and tech solutions, sharing information in simple, helpful ways.
- Understand customer needs by listening with empathy and providing personalised solutions that make their day.
- Support customers through all types of enquiries, anything from general questions to complex challenges, through using calm communication and effective de‑escalation.
- Work closely with your team to create a warm, welcoming, customer‑first environment where memorable moments happen.
- Stay adaptable and proactive, supporting the store during high activity periods and helping ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
