Role Description
We currently have opportunities for enthusiastic Horticulturists to join one of our teams. The work for this role is predominately in and around the Brisbane CBD.
Horticultural qualifications will be advantageous, but anyone with the right attitude and experience with an eye for detail are encouraged to apply. This is a casual position to begin with, but the opportunity to transition to a permanent role will be available for the right candidate.
You will need to be used to physical work and physically fit and also have experience working with a team of horticulturists over multiple sites reporting to a Team Leader. A driver's license is essential. Some clients have strict security requirements for working on their sites, so a clean police check is also necessary.
All of our staff are provided with professional PMC uniforms and work a 38-hour week, with early starts and finishes, we also provide flexible opportunities for the right people. You must supply your own steel cap boots, but all other PPE is provided on the job.

Qualifications
- Experience in Gardening and Landscape Maintenance
- Knowledge and experience in plant care and management
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Qld Driver's License (essential)
- ACDC Spray License (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Certificate II & III in Horticulture or a related field is advantageous (desirable)
- Familiarity with sustainable practices in landscape and water management
- Flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Pay: $26.00 – $35.00 per hour
