Full Job Description

Please only apply if you meet the requirements below. We are looking for experienced painting subcontractors who can deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years’ professional painting experience (essential).
Proven experience in residential repaint projects.
Able to work unsupervised and manage your own workload.
High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Current White Card.
Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport.
Own ABN.
Own standard painting tools.
Strong work ethic, reliability and professionalism.
Willing to undergo a National Police Check.

About You

You are someone who:

Can complete jobs to a high standard without constant supervision.
Has extensive repaint experience, including preparation, patching, cutting-in, rolling and finishing.
Is punctual, reliable and takes pride in your workmanship.
Communicates professionally with clients and team members.
Leaves every job clean and tidy.

If you do not have at least four years of painting experience or cannot work independently on residential repaint projects, please do not apply.
