What You'll Be Doing

Every day is about creating great experiences and in your role you will:

Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm and genuine hospitality.
Manage reservations, enquiries and special requests with confidence and attention to detail.
Build meaningful connections with our guests before they even arrive, creating excitement for their visit.
Turn challenges into positive experiences by listening, understanding and finding thoughtful solutions with empathy and care.
Keep guests informed every step of the way, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and effortless.
Work closely with our venue teams to deliver a consistently exceptional experience from start to finish.
Identify opportunities to elevate celebrations, personalise experiences and create memorable moments that keep guests coming back.

About You

You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and making them smile.

You will bring:

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent phone manner
Great tone on email and messaging platforms - we use these daily
Good with tech, daily we use booking systems, online phone systems, spreadsheets for records etc
A friendly, positive and professional attitude.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
We operate in an office environment across 7 days each and every week from 8am to 8pm - weekend availability is a must.
Experience in restaurants, hotel reception/ reservations, retail, customer service or call centres is highly regarded
