Capers Early Learning, Northgate are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Child Care Worker/Educator to join our team. Located at 83 Oats Parade, Northgate QLD 4013.

As a team, we are embracing our slow pedagogy journey and slowing down the pace of our day to focus on our relationships with children, families, and educators. We are looking for a Childcare worker who inspires others to create meaningful adventures for our children to delve deeper into their experiences and instill a love of learning with all our age groups.

You will

Support children's learning through play-based and outdoor experiences
Lead or contribute to our Nature Kindy sessions in bushland settings
Collaborate with families and educators to create a warm, inclusive environment
Be reflective, intentional, and innovative in your practice
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, families and the team
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children

Requirements

At least 1 year of full-time or equivalent work experience as a Child Care Worker/Educator
At least Certificate III and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Graduate Diploma or bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred but not mandatory
