THE OPPORTUNITY

As part of our diverse team based in Brisbane, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

The purpose of this role is to pro-actively finalise workers compensation claims and manage a portfolio of claims in accordance with EML's guidelines, policies and procedures for our National Self Insurance business unit.

This will be a permanent, full-time position based in the Brisbane office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims while supporting customers through their recovery journey.
Build and maintain positive relationships with injured workers, employers, medical providers and other stakeholders.
Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders to provide updates and ensure a positive experience.
Maintain accurate claim records, prepare documentation and complete administrative tasks within required timeframes.
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve positive return-to-work outcomes and deliver exceptional customer service

Strong customer service focused background with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Provide excellent customer service with a passion about delivering positive outcomes and experiences.
Effectively listen and understand the needs of the customer and what is important to them to enable their recovery and return to work
