Appointment Setter

GuestServices Worldwide have Digital products and new print products, we are looking for motivated enthusiastic individuals to. Join our office based team in Morningside.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Appointment Setter to join our telesales team, _ Self motivated individuals who want to join a great team_

The Candidate:

The ideal candidates will have some previous telephone sales experience or call centre experience.

·Excellent communication and listening skills

·A polite and friendly manner

·Lots of initiative

·A positive attitude

·The ability to think on your feet

Confident phone manner

Ability to self manage time

be responsible for your work attendance

What does Appointment Setting Involve?

·Achieving targets by making outbound calls to new and existing customers

·Maintain product and process knowledge in line with regulations.

·Delivering first class customer service from start to finish of the sales process

·Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone conversations.

The ideal candidate will have sales or customer service skills and have experience in a targeted customer focus role, and/or call centre environment aswell as the ability to show initiative and think on your feet.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
