About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Speech Therapist to join our growing Brisbane team!

In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapy to clients with a range of communication and swallowing needs, working within a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting your career, we will provide the support and professional development you need to thrive!

Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring clients receive tailored Speech Therapy services that are individualised, person-centred and strength based in line with the values of our service delivery model.
Providing a high standard of service for clients with both communication needs and dysphagia management / mealtime management needs.
Collaborating and being a part of an allied health multidisciplinary team
Working with a varied caseload of adult clients aged 16 years and over
Maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
Participate in ongoing professional development and staying up to date with latest research and treatment techniques

About you..
We are looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist who is looking for a new challenge. This is an opportunity for you to make a positive impact in our client lives and would suit someone who is client focussed and passionate about making a difference.

SPA-registered Speech Therapist (or eligibility for registration)
Tertiary level qualifications in Speech Therapy
Passion for client-centered, evidence-based therapy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive and innovative mindset
Strong commitment and professionalism to customer centred care
Highly motivated and a positive attitude
Current driver’s license
