The Role at a Glance

We are seeking an organized, proactive Admin & Customer Service Coordinator to keep our day-to-day operations moving seamlessly from inquiry to completion. This is a diverse, hands-on role spanning office administration, logistics coordination, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate technical team schedules, manage end-to-end work orders, and maintain job documentation.
Logistics & Warehousing: Book and track daily freight, manage the loan machine pool, and assist with pick/pack and dispatch as needed.
Finance Admin: Process sales orders, issue accurate invoices via Xero, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Customer Support: Respond professionally to customer inquiries across phone, email, and eCommerce channels (including subscriptions and returns).

What You Bring:

Experience: Background in operations coordination, administration, or logistics/service coordination.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and experience with Xero (or similar accounting software).
Attributes: High attention to detail, calm under pressure, and a flexible "can-do" attitude.
Requirements: A clear, open Driver’s License. (Exposure to marketing, sales, or graphic design is highly regarded!)
