This position offers a base salary of $77,000 – $92,000 per annum.

The opportunity:
The Pharmacy Systems Administrator is responsible for delivering cloud infrastructure engineering, configuration and management, network and security services administration, and escalated Level 3 pharmacy environment support across the PBA Technology managed pharmacy clients, and contracted services within the EBOS Retail Pharmacy Brands Division and the wider EBOS Group.
What you will do:
· Design, configure, administer, and maintain pharmacy environments, networking and cloud infrastructure, primarily Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 ecosystems, and Amazon Web Services.
· Administer and secure identity, access, and security platforms, including SSO, MFA, PAM, Conditional Access, and endpoint security tooling
· Ensure systems, configurations, and security controls align with business standards
· Provide Level 3 technical support and escalation services for PBA Technology clients
· Provide operational support across Level 1 and Level 2 service queues when required to meet service obligations

Skills and attributes
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability
· High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline
· Strong working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Identity and access management concepts
- Amazon Web Services administration
- IP networking
- Australian Retail Pharmacy POS systems
- Australian Retail Pharmacy brand services concepts and integrations
· Solid understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPNs)
· Experience with backup, DR, and security frameworks
Experience and qualifications
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in ICT support with exposure to Level 3 environments
· Minimum 2 years’ experience providing technical support for Australian retail pharmacy POS and brand specific services
· Demonstrated experience managing cloud infrastructure and security platforms
· Tertiary qualification in ICT or equivalent practical experience
