Trainee Educator – Milestones Early Learning Peregian Springs

Welcome to Milestones Peregian Springs

We’re excited to offer a supported pathway for individuals ready to begin a rewarding career in early childhood education. Through our Affinity Trainee Educator Program, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a centre environment while studying towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care—earning while you learn.

This opportunity is ideal for those who are passionate about working with children and want to build a meaningful career while developing their skills on the job.

About the Role
As a Trainee Educator, you will:

Learn alongside experienced Educators and Lead Educators in a supportive team environment
Contribute to creating safe, engaging, and nurturing learning experiences for children
Grow your confidence and capability through structured training and mentorship
Work towards becoming a fully qualified Early Childhood Educator

You’ll be supported every step of the way by our Affinity Learning Academy and industry-leading development coaches.

About You

Hold a current Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
Have reliable transport to and from the centre
Demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment, and a genuine interest in early childhood education
Be ready to commence a traineeship and balance work with study
