The Opportunity

You will manage a diverse range of patent, trade mark and design matters across various industries and technologies. You’ll advise clients at a strategic level, help guide junior attorneys, and have real input in how the firm grows.

We want someone who’s not just experienced — but engaged, forward-thinking and ready to help shape what comes next.

What We’re Looking For

Registered Patent and Trade Mark Attorney (Australia and New Zealand)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a private practice environment
Strong technical background in engineering, biotech, software or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A confident, commercially-minded approach to client relationships
Ambition to step into leadership and grow with the firm
