Full Job Description

We are a well-established business focused on retail and commercial projects, with more than 35 years in the market and 9 office locations across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, India and Brazil. We are looking for a technically talented Senior Architectural Technician/Senior Revit Documenter to join our team in Brisbane. This is a permanent, full-time role for someone with a strong understanding of architectural documentation in Revit and the ability to liaise with multiple internal and external clients across Australia and New Zealand.

As a Senior Architectural Technician/Senior Revit Documenter you:

Ideally have at least 5–10 years' experience working on retail and commercial projects.

Have a minimum of 5 years' professional experience in architectural documentation and construction projects.
Have strong knowledge of construction in the commercial sector.
Have a proven ability to produce high-quality construction documentation using Revit (AutoCAD experience also highly regarded).
Feel confident taking projects from town planning phases through to full architectural documentation, with a solid understanding of building construction, the BCA, and experience in site surveys and measurements.
Enjoy knowledge sharing, mentoring and training team members, and willingly take more junior staff under your wing.
Have a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Are able to work both autonomously and as a member of a small, medium or large team, meeting deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Are able to organise and prioritise work with excellent time management.
Are a proactive, self-motivated individual who is adaptable to a fast-paced workplace.
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships within the company and with clients.
Have a drive to learn, are open to new ways of working, and strive for quality and excellence in all aspects of your work.
Possess any recognised tertiary qualification in architecture, building design, or related field.
Have good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel and a current driver's licence.
Are fluent with Revit (and highly competent in AutoCAD).
