About Us

Teksal Safety is a specialist supplier of premium industrial safety equipment, controls and systems for diverse projects throughout Australia in the oil & gas, mining and industrial sectors. With offices and teams in Perth and Brisbane, we represent some of the world’s leading manufacturers in their field.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Brisbane team as a Part-Time Internal Sales and Warehouse Coordinator.

The Role

This part-time position is ideally suited to someone seeking consistent weekday hours in a supportive and flexible team environment. The role is based across five days per week, generally from 9:00am to 2:00pm, with some flexibility available for the right candidate.

Duties Include

As Sales and Warehouse Coordinator at Teksal Safety, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations between our sales team, warehouse and customers. This dynamic role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, the desire to learn and the ability to thrive in a close knit team.

Responsibilities

Provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external staff
Prepare sales quotations
Assist with processing sales orders and customer inquiries
Stock organisation
Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
Receiving incoming goods
Incoming phone calls

Requirements

Completed high school Year 12 (WACE or equivalent); additional education or training in sales or logistics is a plus
Previous experience in a sales or warehouse environment preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately perform tasks
Good customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
