As Venue General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Ferny Grove venue from day one. You will build and shape your team, create a fun and high-energy environment, and ensure smooth operations as we bring the Yo-Chi vibes to a vibrant, brand-new community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clear, values-led leadership to build and develop a high-performing team
Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and brand standards
Drive financial performance across labour, COGs, and P&L outcomes
Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
Ensure health, safety, and food compliance standards are consistently met
Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve operational and service excellence
Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-focused team culture.

About You

Proven leadership experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality management
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and financial targets
Confident in building teams and developing emerging leaders
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve effectively
Hands-on and adaptable, with a proactive leadership style
Excited by the opportunity to establish and lead a new venue
