What We’re Looking For

3+ years of proven sales success (preferably in painting, construction, or trades).
A relentless closer’s mindset—you chase until you get a clear yes or no.
Stellar communication and negotiation skills.
A relationship builder who earns trust and delivers value.
Tech-savvy: Familiar with CRM systems, sales tools, and mobile apps.
Valid C-Class Driver’s Licence for on-the-go deal-making.
