Experienced Carpenter Leading Hand required for luxury residential construction projects across Brisbane.
Strong experience in all aspects of residential carpentry including framing, lock-up, fix-out, cladding, decking, fit-off, and defect rectification.
Ability to complete general handyman and maintenance works to a high standard.
Experience in associated trades highly regarded including:
Joinery and cabinetry installation
Fencing and gates
External works
Shower screen installation
Door, hardware, and skirting installation
Minor patching works
General property maintenance and repairs
Ability to read plans and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
Supervise and mentor apprentices and labourers onsite.
Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and daily programming requirements.
Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with Vanti Built standards.
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills essential.
Must be reliable, professional, well-presented, and take pride in their work.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
