The Opportunity
We’re looking for an organised and approachable Office Coordinator to be the face of our Universal Store Support Office in Eagle Farm. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office while delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience.
As the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers and team members, you’ll create a welcoming, professional environment while managing reception, office coordination and supporting HR administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing reception duties including phones, emails, meeting coordination and visitor management
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and enquiries
- Supporting daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace
- Coordinating office supplies, mail, deliveries and supplier relationships
- Providing administrative support to the HR team and the wider business
- Assisting with meetings, events, travel bookings and leadership activities
- Maintaining accurate records, systems and documentation
What we’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in being organised, enjoy helping others and bring a people-first approach to everything you do.
You’ll bring:
- 1+ year experience in a reception, office coordination or administrative role
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Human Resources (and/or working towards) would be highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
- A customer-focused mindset and passion for creating positive experiences
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong administrative capability and confidence using Microsoft Office
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support across the business
- Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
