Queensland Fencing Specialists Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned business specialising in
the supply and installation of fences and fencing equipment across Australia.
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Marketing Specialist to join our team and
contribute to the successful promotion and growth of our services and products. This
hands-on role is responsible for identifying market opportunities and advising
management on the development, coordination, and implementation of marketing
strategies, pricing initiatives, and promotional activities.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting the company, attracting
new clients, identifying emerging market trends and opportunities, expanding service
offerings, and improving the quality and visibility of the services we provide.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpreting market trends, customer insights, and performance data to develop
effective marketing strategies and business plans.
Designing and developing innovative concepts for promotional and advertising
campaigns.
Coordinating and maintaining communication with external suppliers, partners,
and marketing agencies.
Advising on digital marketing initiatives, including Search Engine Optimization
(SEO), social media strategies, and marketing performance analysis.
Managing social media platforms by creating engaging content and increasing
audience interaction across digital channels.
Creating marketing content such as articles, newsletters, videos, podcasts, and
brand storytelling campaigns.
Optimising the company’s online presence and website performance through
SEO techniques.
Executing email marketing campaigns to strengthen customer engagement,
loyalty, and retention.
Managing online advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads,
Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Building partnerships with influencers, creators, and online communities to
increase brand visibility and market reach.
Applying analytical and data-driven approaches to monitor campaign
performance and support marketing decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
Tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing or IT and/or more than 5 years’
experience in a related field.
Strong SEO expertise
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console and performance reporting
Proficiency across CMS platforms and digital content creation
Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Marketing analytics experience - interpreting campaign performance and
customer behaviour and the ability to connect marketing to revenue and growth
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
