Lead the Future of Sales at Expeditors

We're looking for an experienced and driven District Sales Manager (DSM) to lead, develop, and inspire our District Sales Program. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on coaching high-performing teams, driving business growth, and building strong customer relationships.
What You'll Do

Lead and execute the district sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.

Recruit, develop, coach, and mentor Sales Executives and Sales Operations personnel.

Support the sales team in closing key opportunities and winning new business.

Build and maintain a strong sales talent pipeline.

Partner with Product and Geo leaders to drive collaboration and business development initiatives.

Facilitate sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance discussions.

Qualifications
