Neurodiverse Playhouse – Spring Hill
Fridays | 9:00am–5:30pm | On-site at our Spring Hill Playhouse
Neurodiverse Playhouse is looking for an experienced, organised and friendly Administration & Accounts Assistant to join our team one day per week on Fridays.
This is a hands-on role combining accounts administration, general administration and reception support. The position is based in our Spring Hill Playhouse and is not a work-from-home role.
The Role
You will work alongside our clinical and administration team, helping to keep the Playhouse and our accounts running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Processing invoices and payments
- Following up outstanding accounts
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Processing and reconciling NDIS payments
- Assisting with payroll preparation and timesheet reconciliation
- Entering and reconciling supplier invoices
- Assisting with month-end accounts administration
- Liaising with our bookkeeper and management team
- Answering phones and responding to enquiries
- Appointment bookings and diary management
- General administration and data entry
- Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records
- Supporting our clinicians and families as required
Essential Experience
We are particularly looking for someone with previous accounts and administration experience who is confident using:
- Xero
- MYOB
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable systems
- Bank reconciliations
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Experience with NDIS billing, allied health, healthcare or Cliniko would be highly regarded.

- Comfortable working in a busy environment where clinicians, children and families are coming and going throughout the day
We are a small and warm team, so we are looking for someone who enjoys being part of the workplace, getting to know the team and helping things run smoothly.

Work arrangement: On-site only – this is not a work-from-home position
There may be opportunities for additional hours as the role and organisation continue to grow.
About Neurodiverse Playhouse
Neurodiverse Playhouse is a multidisciplinary allied health practice supporting neurodivergent children and their families.
We provide a warm, child-led and neuroaffirming environment, with our team working across occupational therapy, exercise physiology, podiatry and other allied health services.
Our administration team plays an important role in making sure families feel welcomed and supported while ensuring the systems behind our clinical services operate effectively.
