What this opportunity involves:
As a Creative Specialist based in Brisbane, you will lead high-impact graphic design, brand development, and content marketing initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen our market positioning. Reporting to the Digital Solutions Manager – JLL Experience on a fixed-term contract, this role combines strategic design thinking with hands-on creative execution to develop compelling visual narratives and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. An overview of the role:
Conceptualizing and executing high-end graphic design solutions for print and digital marketing collateral, ensuring all outputs align with JLL Brand Portal guidelines
Designing and producing visually compelling pitch decks, infographics, digital assets, and interactive presentations that clearly communicate complex data and property narratives.
Partnering with external clients, partners, and key internal stakeholders—including the National Marketing & CX team, Retail Leasing Executives, and Client Account Directors—to translate business goals into creative design strategies.
Managing the end-to-end design and collateral production process from initial brief and storyboarding through to pre-press, digital publishing, and stakeholder approvals.
Supporting new business development across all Property Management services and sectors by delivering polished, customer-centric marketing materials.
Collaborating closely with national marketing and customer experience teams, showcasing how what sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe.
Staying at the forefront of graphic design trends, digital tools, and emerging platforms to drive content innovation and continuously elevate JLL’s visual standards.
Evaluating campaign performance and design effectiveness to deliver strategic recommendations and visual improvements for future projects.
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:
A tertiary qualification in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or a closely related creative field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a graphic designer or creative specialist, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional layout, typography, and digital design skills.
Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design software, specifically the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail, proofreading, and brand alignment.
Proven ability to translate abstract business concepts and real estate data into engaging, easy-to-digest visual formats and layouts.
Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
