Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will provide high-level executive governance for the entire Marketing Department. You will be a key member of the C-suite, translating Karmo's long-term commercial objectives into high-performing digital, eCommerce, and brand strategies.
Through strategic mentorship of the Head of Marketing and specialised leads, you will foster a data-driven, analytical culture that optimises marketing capital allocation and delivers enterprise-wide ROI.

Proven Executive Leadership: Demonstrated history as a marketing executive, managing multi-faceted departments, mentoring talent, and optimizing team output.
- Strategic & Digital Expertise: Deep mastery of digital landscapes (SEO, paid media, social community engagement) and eCommerce methodologies (funnel optimization, platform stewardship).
- Brand & Analytics Mastery: Strong background in brand asset management, market positioning, and leveraging quantitative insights/marketing science for strategic choices.
- Technical Fluency: Hands-on competency with modern relationship management systems (CRM) and multi-faceted analytical suites.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
