Hands On Labour specialises in commercial installations, shopfitting, exhibition stand installations, and custom fit-out projects across Australia. We deliver high-quality workmanship on projects of all sizes, from bespoke commercial fit-outs to large-scale exhibition builds. We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our growing Brisbane team and help deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
-Assemble, fit and install commercial installations, cabinetry and shopfitting components.
-Install exhibition stands, display systems, counters, shelving and custom-built fixtures.
-Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
-Complete on-site modifications and adjustments to ensure accurate installation.
-Prepare and assemble cabinetry components in the workshop as required.
-Install hardware and complete finishing work to a high standard.
-Operate hand tools, power tools and woodworking equipment safely.
-Work collaboratively with supervisors to meet project deadlines.
-Follow Workplace Health and Safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
-Certificate III in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
-Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cabinet Maker or in a closely related role involving commercial cabinetry or shopfitting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
-Current Australian work rights.
-White Card and a current Driver Licence are highly regarded.

Pay: AUD $79,500.00 – $90,000.00 per year, plus superannuation (depending on skills and experience)
