About the Role
Reporting to the Bar Supervisor, our Bartenders will play a key role behind the bar at San Telmo Brisbane — a fast-paced, premium restaurant and bar environment focused on exceptional cocktails, wine and guest experiences. This is a hands-on role suited to a bartender who thrives in high-energy service, enjoys engaging with guests and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality drinks and hospitality standards.
As a Bartender at San Telmo Brisbane, your duties will involve:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer and spirits to a premium standard
- Delivering attentive and engaging guest service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining strong product knowledge across beverages, menu items and service standards
- Supporting smooth service flow between bar and floor teams
- Assisting with stock control, bar prep and end-of-service procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and compliance with RSA and venue standards at all times
Skills & Experience
- Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced, premium restaurant or bar environment
- Strong cocktail knowledge and confidence working with classic and contemporary drinks
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and a positive, professional attitude
