Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team on a casual contract supporting a major shutdown project within the power generation sector.

This immediate start opportunity offers a 60-day project duration, a 6 days on / 1 day off roster, including LAHA.

The successful candidate may also have the potential to transition into a permanent Brisbane-based role, while supporting future shutdowns and project work across the business as required.

Key responsibilities will include:

Provide administrative support directly to project and site teams.
Maintain accurate project documentation and site records.
Process, input, and upload timesheet data.
Coordinate employee training requirements and PPE compliance.
Perform data entry from a variety of information sources.
Assist with cost tracking and variance reporting.
Support procurement processes and invoice management.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external reports.
Support site personnel with general administrative requirements.

What you will bring

Previous experience in a site-based administration role, ideally within the resources, mining, energy, or construction sectors.
Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage across all levels of the organisation.
Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support.
A positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and develop.
