Registered Nurse (RN) Required – Home Care | Bridport, TAS
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide ongoing home care support for a client in Bridport, Tasmania.
Location: Bridport, TAS

About the Role :
- Provide in-home nursing care and support
- Assist a client living with breast cancer
- Deliver person-centred care in a home environment
- Monitor and document client health status
- Liaise with family members and healthcare professionals as required
Requirements :
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in community, palliative, oncology, or home care nursing preferred
- Current Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check preferred
- Up-to-date immunisations, including COVID-19 and Influenza
- Excellent communication, clinical, and leadership skills

Pay: $80.00 – $120.00 per hour
