Looking for a Career Change? Join Our Amazing Swim School Team!

Do you wake up dreading another day in the office? Looking for a role that's rewarding, active, and actually makes a difference?

We're looking for someone with a warm personality, lots of energy, and a genuine love of working with children. No swim teaching experience? That's absolutely okay! If you're the right person, we'll provide the training and support you need to become a fantastic instructor.

This role could be perfect if you're:

Ready for a fresh start or career change.
A teacher, childcare educator, fitness instructor, nurse, coach, or customer service professional looking for something new.
A parent returning to work.
Someone who loves encouraging children and seeing them succeed.
Reliable, positive and eager to learn.

What you'll love:

- Set shifts so you know what to expect each term
- All training and ongoing mentoring done on the job.
- A supportive, family-owned team that genuinely values its staff.
- Every lesson is different—you'll laugh, celebrate milestones, and help children build confidence and life-saving skills.
- Great hourly pay.

About you:

Confident in the water (you don't need to be an elite swimmer!)
Great with children and families.
Reliable and professional.
Available weekdays, afternoons and Saturdays.
Willing to obtain (or already hold) a Blue Card and complete swim teaching qualifications. You will need to complete Austswim Teacher of Water Safety and Infants courses. Please look into requirements before applying.
