We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Optometrist to join our collaborative team in the retail optical industry. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional patient care to our local community, ensuring every patient feels valued and receives the highest standard of eye health services.

Work alongside another optometrist in a multi-room, high-performing Bribie Island practice and provide independent care during solo shifts at North Lakes. Join a busy, successful environment with strong patient demand and growth opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive eye exams to diagnose and manage visual conditions
Provide tailored recommendations for eyewear and contact lenses based on individual needs
Foster meaningful patient relationships built on trust and excellence
Stay on the cutting edge of eye health trends and innovations
Contribute to a positive culture where everyone succeeds together

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Optometrist with at least 3 years of clinical experience
Clear, confident communicator with a patient-first mindset
Passion for improving vision and eye health in the local community
Eagerness to keep learning and advancing your clinical skills
Experience in dry eye management is desirable
Willingness to work across both team-based and solo practice settings
Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated to contribute to a successful practice
