About the role
We currently have a vacancy for an interesting and varied position as a Billing Specialist. This role will support the national Client Accounting team by assisting secretaries across multiple practice areas with monthly billing processes using Elite 3E.
About you
You will have billing experience in a corporate environment as well as experience with using financial billing systems (ideally but not necessarily 3E). Legal experience is also preferred but not essential.
You will be comfortable working with and providing guidance to a large number of professionals across the firm. You will need high level computer skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines. A genuine passion for supporting others to achieve their goals is essential as is a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously.
In previous roles, you will be regarded as proactive, highly organised, disciplined in following processes and enthusiastic about providing high quality experiences. You will also be comfortable to provide training to others with confidence, have a positive 'can do' attitude and work well in remote teams.
