We are seeking a driven, reliable 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Carpenter to join our team. Based out of Lara, we deliver high-quality residential projects across the West. This is not just a job; it is a genuine opportunity to learn the trade from the ground up, working alongside experienced tradespeople who take pride in mentoring the next generation of builders.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

As an apprentice with us, you won't just be sweeping floors. You will be actively involved in the building process, gaining hands-on experience in:

Structural Framing: Assisting with timber framing, lock-up, and fixing stages.
Blueprint Translation: Learning how to read, interpret, and execute site plans accurately.
Tool Mastery: Safely operating a wide range of hand and power tools under expert supervision.
Site Management: Maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free workspace.
Team Operations: Assisting with general site labour and manual handling to keep projects moving smoothly.

Safety-Focused: You prioritise the well-being of yourself and your crew above all else.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

A valid Construction Induction Card (White Card).
A current Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle (essential for travelling to various sites).
A genuine passion for carpentry and a long-term commitment to completing your 4-year apprenticeship.
