Are you passionate about customer service and interested in the automotive industry? Join our friendly Land Rover Doncaster team as an Entry Level Service Receptionist! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to be the first point of contact at our busy service department. If you have great communication skills, are organised, and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect role to kickstart your career!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a welcoming and professional manner as they arrive at the service department
Assist with scheduling service appointments
Handle phone enquiries about service, parts, and general information
Provide customers with updates on their vehicle’s progress
Assist with processing service paperwork and payments
Work with the service team to ensure everything runs smoothly
Keep the reception area clean and tidy
Support administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, managing customer records)

Requirements:

No prior automotive experience required—just a passion for customer service!
