Breadtop is a leading bakery brand in Australia, known for our high-quality and diverse bakery products that combine traditional flavours with modern creativity.
We are now looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join our Melbourne team.
Position:Admin Clerk (Part Time)
Working Hours: 3 days a week
10:00am – 4:00pm (Flexible hours negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle invoices, filing, Personnel and data entry accurately
- Assist with purchasing processes and supplier coordination
- Answer phone calls and provide basic customer service support
- Maintain filing systems and company records
- Support daily office administrative duties
Requirements:
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Good English and Chinese communication skills
- (Cantonese speaking is an advantage)

- 協助採購流程，包括與供應商溝通、下單及跟進安排
- 接聽電話及處理基本客戶查詢
- 維護檔案系統與資料記錄
- 協助辦公室日常行政工作
職位要求：
- 具備良好的時間管理及組織能力
- 熟練使用 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel 等）
- 工作認真細心，具責任感
- 良好的團隊合作能力及溝通技巧
- 具備中英文溝通能力（懂粵語者更佳）
