3PC is seeking motivated and skilled Container Loader/Unloaders & Forklift Operators to join our growing team. If you are motivated, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Student-Friendly Opportunities:

We welcome applicants on student visas
Suitable for individuals currently studying
Minimum availability of 3 days per week required

Shift Times:

6:00am to 2:00pm

Locations:

Dandenong

Contract Type: Casual contract with full-time hours available.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload containers using manual and mechanical equipment
Ensure all products are secured and stored properly
Conduct inspections of containers and products for damage.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Collaborate with the team to meet loading and unloading targets.

Requirements:

Must be over the age of 18
Must have a valid driver’s licence and form of transport.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks of up to 25kgs
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay and benefits – Incentivised pay rates (Piece Award Rates). We offer a piece-rate structure, with a minimum base rate of $33.50 per hour. However, since it is a piece award rate structure, you have the potential to earn between $33.50 to $40 per hour, and potentially even more.
