Labourer / Pipe Layer Trainee
Granger Plumbing Services Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Labourer / Pipe Layer Trainee to join our growing team based in Tahmoor, NSW.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the civil construction and plumbing industry. You will work alongside experienced operators and tradespeople on a variety of projects throughout the Wollondilly, Southern Highlands, Macarthur and surrounding regions.
About the Role
Duties will include:
- Assisting with the installation of stormwater, sewer, water and recycled water pipelines
- Working around excavators and civil construction equipment
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Manual excavation and trench work
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Assisting plumbers, pipe layers and machine operators
- Maintaining tools, equipment and vehicles
- Following site safety requirements and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Excavator, roller or skid steer experience is advantageous but not essential
