We are currently looking for a talented Sonography trainee to drive the delivery of high quality, accurate and efficient images and services.

New Medical Imaging is a robust and expanding Radiology practice that has been operating in the North West region of Melbourne. We are committed to providing an exceptional level of care for our patients and are looking for a sonography trainee to join our growing practices based out of Broadmeadows and Gladstone Park.

We want someone who can deliver high quality, accurate and efficient images and services. You will enjoy working in a busy centre with a close knit dynamic team.

Your duties will include;

Performing sonography including obstetrics under supervision
Elevating excellent patient care and customer service.
Performing high-quality medical imaging diagnostic examinations in compliance with protocols.
Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety practices are understood and observed at all times in the workplace

New Medical Imaging is currently seeking a highly committed and enthusiastic ultrasound student to join our team and complete their traineeship under the guidance of our highly trained and experienced sonographers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to further develop their practical scanning skills within a supportive and professional clinical environment.

Previous ultrasound training experience is highly desirable.

Selection Criteria:

Currently enrolled in a recognised university undertaking ultrasound studies
Strong willingness to learn and develop clinical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and work ethic
Ability to work within a team environment
