About Three Blue Ducks x Burradoo Park Farm
Three Blue Ducks at Burradoo Park Farm is a 600-acre working regenerative farm in the NSW Southern Highlands, home to three distinct food venues: The Bakehouse by Three Blue Ducks, The Farmhouse by Three Blue Ducks, and the Three Blue Ducks restaurant, our most elevated dining experience yet. Every one of these venues is shaped by what grows, grazes, and is harvested on-site - and every person in our team is part of that story.
We’re looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the entire Burradoo Park Farm site - a unique, multi-venue operation bringing together restaurant, bakery, café and retail.
The Venue
Burradoo Park Farm brings together three distinct yet connected experiences:
The Restaurant – an intimate, elevated dining experience set within a restored farmhouse, offering a seasonal chef’s menu driven by what’s grown and raised on-site
The Farmhouse – a café and produce store at the heart of the farm, combining casual, produce-led dining with great coffee and a curated selection of local and Ducks-made goods
The Bakehouse – a sourdough-led bakery focused on long fermentation and quality ingredients, producing fresh bread, pastries, and grab-and-go offerings daily
Each space has its own rhythm and identity, but together they create one cohesive, high-quality guest experience grounded in exceptional produce and genuine hospitality.
The Opportunity
This is not your standard venue management role. This is a high-impact leadership position with full ownership of a complex, multi-venue operation - driving performance, shaping culture, and leading from the front.
You’ll be responsible for the overall success of the site, leading multiple departments and teams, and will report directly to the Group Operations Manager.
The role is based on site in our Burradoo venue; Weekend and evening availability will be required, particularly in the early stages of the role as the venue establishes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a large, multi-department team across all venues
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence
Drive and uphold high service standards aligned with the Ducks ethos
Manage rostering, labour, and productivity across multiple outlets
Work closely with Head Chefs and department leaders to align operations
Oversee financial performance including budgets, cost control, and reporting
Ensure strong organisation, structure, and operational flow across the site
Build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
Act as the key liaison between the venue and senior leadership
About You
Proven experience in a senior hospitality leadership role (multi-site or large-scale venue highly regarded)
Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage, and retail environments
Exceptional organisation and time management skills
Confident leading and developing large, diverse teams
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working across all areas of the business
Commercially minded with a solid understanding of financial performance drivers
Calm, solutions-focused, and able to perform under pressure
Passionate about food, produce, and delivering genuine guest experiences
