Description:
We're looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Business Advisory and Tax Advisory teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering exceptional client service, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment.

Why this role matters

As an Administration Assistant, you'll play an integral role in supporting our Directors, Managers and Accountants, helping ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality client service.
No two days will be the same. You'll work closely with both internal teams and clients, keeping operations running efficiently while building strong relationships across the business.

Skills and Experiences:
What you'll be doing

Providing high-level administrative support to Directors, Managers and Accountants.
Managing client files and maintaining accurate client information within CRM systems.
Preparing client correspondence, reports, proposals and other professional documentation.
Assisting with the preparation and lodgement of financial statements, tax returns and activity statements.
Preparing and finalising client fee documentation.
Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regarding client matters.
Supporting the client lifecycle through administration activities.
Assisting our Client Onboarding and Entity & Corporate Secretarial teams during peak periods and leave coverage.
Maintaining CRM workflows and ensuring client data remains accurate and up to date.
Developing templates, presentations and internal communication materials.
Providing reception and Front of House support when required.
Guiding and mentoring junior Administration Assistants on business processes and best practice.

About you

You'll be an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You have outstanding attention to detail, enjoy building relationships and can confidently manage competing priorities.

You'll also bring:

Previous experience in an administration role within an accounting, tax, financial advisory or professional services environment.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
Experience using APS, CAS, CRM platforms, DocuSign, ATOmate, ASIC Portal, ABR Portal, ATO Portal or Class (Superannuation) will be highly regarded.
A passion for continuous learning and improving processes.
