About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Officer to join our growing operations team in Sydney.
This role is focused on operational planning, logistics coordination, workforce scheduling, and process support across commercial relocation and transport large scale projects. You will work closely with operations managers, drivers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and enjoys problem-solving, planning, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing workplace procedures and safety standards
- Coordinate logistics and transport operations
- Assist with operational planning and scheduling
- Support route planning and allocation of vehicles and crews
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor workflow progress and operational efficiency
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and job requirements
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and operational administration
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in logistics, transport, operations, or supply chain coordination
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience coordinating teams or operational workflows
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- NSW Driver Licence preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Desirable
- Experience in commercial relocations, transport, warehousing, or large-scale logistics projects
- Experience with scheduling, dispatch, or route planning
- Customer service or client-facing experience
- Exposure to warehouse operations, pallet logistics, or production-line relocations

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
