The Opportunity:

Uncapped Earning Potential: Enjoy the freedom to grow your income with no limits to the number of clients you can train or the hours you can work. Guaranteed support from a dedicated Personal Training manager means you start off strong and grow your client base quickly.

Guaranteed Minimum Rate: Start at a minimum of $105 per hour—a competitive pay rate to ensure you’re rewarded for your expertise and hard work. Flexibility on changing your prices is up to you - Goodlife doesn't micromanage our trainers, we work with them to see their businesses succeed.

Ongoing Training & Development: We believe in continuous growth. Our trainers have access to industry-leading education through the FLG portal, ongoing professional development with face-to-face meetings including sales training, business finance management, exercise science and client generation methods.

Mentorship: Goodlife Health Clubs is the only fitness brand to have a salaried employee - your Personal Training Manager - in club, with the primary objective of supporting your business, managing your ongoing development and guaranteeing your success.

To Be Successful:

Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health goals.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.

Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge clients.

Cert IV in Fitness (or equivalent) is required - but applicants currently studying are encouraged to apply.

Experience in personal training or a strong desire to pursue a career in fitness.

Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a flexible schedule.

Ability to travel to the gym location, by car or public transport.
